Stewed Cabbage

This is a fun and easy way to serve cabbage! The vegetables can be substituted for any vegetables you have on hand. I had to make a dish for a fellowship meal and I didn't want to make soup. I steamed the vegetables in the kettle and put it over a casserole dish of rice. There wasn't much leftovers and it was really tasty! If you don't have fresh tomatoes, you can use canned whole tomatoes, instead. Enjoy your vegetables!
