Kristina's Italian Drizzle

Ingredients

MIX together in a small blender (Use a double recipe for a large blender.)

  • 1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 Tbsp warm water
  • 6 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp organic sugar OR other sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

ADD while blending

  • 1/2 tsp Instant Clear Jel optional

Stir in last

  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp oregano

Instructions

  1. SERVE immediately OR refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.

  2. KEEPS at least two weeks in the refrigerator.

Recipe Notes

Note: the Clear jel is totally optional. I use it to help keep the olive oil and lemon juice from separating so much. But you can make the recipe without it!

I like to buy those ketchup dispensers that look like a squeeze bottle with a narrow tip. Then it's easy to shake and serve! Makes for easy dispensing and storing!
