Ingredients

BLEND until smooth

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds raw, not roasted
  • 2 Tbsp honey OR dates
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 ΒΌ tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

ADD and STIR after blending

  • 1/3 cup pickle relish drained

Instructions

  1. BLEND all ingredients, EXCEPT the pickles, until very smooth.

  2. ADD pickles or pickle relish and pulse blender until pickles are broken, but still chunky.
  3. POUR into jars and refrigerate.
  4. KEEPS one week.
