Ingredients
BLEND until smooth
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds raw
- 1 clove raw garlic
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried ginger (add more for stronger ginger taste)
- 1 ½ tsp sorghum molasses OR honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup cooked millet hot and freshly cooked
- 1 cup water
ADD after blending
- 1/2 tsp dill weed dried
Instructions

BLEND all ingredients, except dill weed until very smooth.

GENTLY stir dill weed with a spatula.

POUR into warmed pint jars.
