Ingredients

BLEND until smooth

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds raw
  • 1 clove raw garlic
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried ginger (add more for stronger ginger taste)
  • 1 ½ tsp sorghum molasses OR honey
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup cooked millet hot and freshly cooked
  • 1 cup water

ADD after blending

  • 1/2 tsp dill weed dried

Instructions

  1. BLEND all ingredients, except dill weed until very smooth.

  2. GENTLY stir dill weed with a spatula.
  3. POUR into warmed pint jars.

  4. REFRIGERATE.
