Kristina’s Italian Drizzle
Looking for an olive oil and lemon juice dressing with no vinegar? Here's our favorite recipe at Kristina's Kitchen!
MIX together in a small blender (Use a double recipe for a large blender.)
- 1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 2 Tbsp warm water
- 6 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp organic sugar OR other sweetener
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
ADD while blending
- 1/2 tsp Instant Clear Jel optional
Stir in last
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp oregano
SERVE immediately OR refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.
KEEPS at least two weeks in the refrigerator.
Note: the Clear jel is totally optional. I use it to help keep the olive oil and lemon juice from separating so much. But you can make the recipe without it!

I like to buy those ketchup dispensers that look like a squeeze bottle with a narrow tip. Then it’s easy to shake and serve! Makes for easy dispensing and storing!
