French Toast Batter
- 14 oz coconut milk canned
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp powdered sugar OR stevia, maple syrup, honey, sorghum molasses, etc.
- 12 slices Whole Wheat Flax Bread
PREHEAT griddle or skillet on medium heat.
MIX batter together well.
DIP each side of bread into the batter and lightly scrape excess, if needed.
COOK for about 3 minutes on each side, OR until lightly browned.
