Carob Fudge Sauce
Yields: 3 cups
- ½ cup carob powder or cocoa powder
- 14 oz coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- ½ cup sorghum molasses
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup OR honey, opt. (if desired for sweetness)
- 1/8 tsp salt pinch
BLEND or mix all ingredients together until smooth.
POUR into a kettle.
BRING to a boil, stirring constantly and boil for 2 minutes. (use a lid as a shield, because it will spit at you!)
REFRIGERATE until ready to use.
ADD water as necessary to thin it out to desired consistency
