Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews raw
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp sorghum molasses
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. BLEND until creamy smooth.

  2. CHILL to thicken or use immediately in salad.

Recipe Notes

This is my favorite mayonnaise for coleslaw, tofu egg-salad sandwich filling, and other salads or sandwich fillings that need a quick and easy mayonnaise!
