  • 8 cups cabbage finely chopped
  • 4 medium carrots shredded
  • 20 oz canned pineapple crushed, with juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Tbsp sorghum molasses
  • 2 cups Cashew Mayonnaise (one recipe)


  1. MIX all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. MARINATE for at least 15-30 minutes before serving.

  3. KEEPS five days in the refrigerator.
